How does SW Tints Refurb a Wheel

Alloy Wheel refurbishment everybody has a different process but which one actually works? A lot of companies claim to do wheel refurbishment but do they actually restore your wheel back to factory settings?

Wheel refurbishment takes years and years of practice to get the method perfect but lucky for you guys we have plenty of years of experience to take on the task!

But how do you repair your alloy wheels and how do they look once they are done? These are some of the questions we get asked on a daily basis. So we thought we would give you a simple overview of how we restore your wheels back to factory settings.

Firstly we remove the tyre from the wheel and remove all ancillaries of the wheel such as wheel weights, centre caps, valves etc so we are left with a plain wheel. Then our technician starts with the wheel refurb, firstly the technician strips the wheel back to bare metal to access the extent of the damage. Our expert technician repairs any curb damage using their numerous techniques. After all the repair work is finished they will then powder coat the wheel in any colour you like. We can even match Manufactures and custom colours. After the wheel is fully repaired they will look like brand new, like you have just bought them from a factory.

How are we different from our competitors? We repair the whole alloy not just the bits you can see. We have the most experience with Wheel Refurbishment in Manchester and we come with a lifetime guarantee of our work.
